في ليلة افتتاح فيلم Iron Man في هوليوود , صرّح المدير التنفيذي لشركة باراماونت للأفلام Brad Grey أن الفيلم حقق النجاحات المرجوة له في ليلة الافتتاح , و أن باراماونت ستصدر الجزأ الثاني منه في عام 2010 و بالضبط أسبوع قبل عرض فيلم The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader .

very worth seeing, THE BEST marvel story/ character, adapted to the big screen, i gave it 5/5 for the enjoyment i had seeing it, one of the few movies where i lost track of time and never looked at my ahdn watch
